Job Summary:
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the overall production plan in coordination with merchandising, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
• Monitor and control production flow from cutting to finishing.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Oversee line balancing, layout optimization, and time study activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop production managers, line chiefs, and operators.
• Ensure adherence to production budgets and cost targets.
• Knit production 60-70 line
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Knit garments.
Salary & Other Benefits: 400k with negotiable
