Factory QA (Quality Assurance)

Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Salary Range: BDT 60,000 – 70,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Factory QA to oversee and follow up on all quality-related matters for Target buyer-nominated factories located in Gazipur and Ashulia. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in factory-level quality assurance for apparel manufacturing and strong coordination skills with both buyers and factories.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on all quality-related issues with Target-nominated factories.

Ensure buyer requirements and quality standards are met consistently.

Conduct inspections, review production processes, and ensure compliance with buyer protocols.

Maintain close communication with factories and the head office team regarding quality status and improvements.

Prepare reports and follow up on corrective action plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Textile Engineering or related field).

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in factory QA in a reputed buying house.

Strong knowledge of buyer standards and quality control procedures.

Willingness to visit factories regularly in Gazipur and Ashulia.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
