Job Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and implement brand strategy to strengthen market position and drive growth.
Ø Plan and execute TTL & BTL marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, trade promotions).
Ø Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify growth opportunities.
Ø Manage product life cycle – from new product development to market launch and relaunch.
Ø Work closely with the Sales & Trade Marketing team to ensure brand visibility and effective execution in retail channels.
Ø Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies for campaigns and brand communication.
Ø Ensure brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Ø Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
Ø Manage annual brand budget and ensure cost-effective execution.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Ø 06-08 years of proven experience in Brand/Marketing Management in the FMCG industry.
Ø Strong understanding of consumer behavior, distribution channels, and trade marketing.
Ø Experience in handling both TTL & BTL activities.
Ø Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive market environment. Must have knowledge about Chittagong market
