We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Training Executive / Training Coordinator to support our training programs by coordinating with the training manager, local brand team, creating training materials, and managing logistical and operational requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, proficiency in content creation tools, and a proactive approach to effectively manage and engage with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Support & Execution:
- Assist in delivering training sessions, regular store visit and on-the-job training to reinforce learning and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Help develop training materials, presentations, and assessments using PowerPoint and Canva
- Any other task given by training manager
- Operational & Administrative Support:
- Assist trainers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.
- Ensure training materials and resources are always updated and available.
- Manage the purchase of necessary training materials (Flowers, Different Ingredients) when required.
- Visit the market or arrange supplies to facilitate training sessions.
- Professionalism & Communication:
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, representing the brand’s image.
- Communicate effectively with teams, managers, and external trainers.
- Handle feedback and criticism professionally while adapting to necessary improvements.
- Time & Task Management:
- Prioritize and manage multiple training-related tasks efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on training initiatives and performance evaluations.
- Provide ad hoc support for training programs as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills for seamless coordination with the global team.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva for training material development.
- Ability to handle logistical and operational tasks, including purchasing and market visits.
- Smart, adaptable, and eager to learn—prior training experience is not mandatory.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
