Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management and Development
– Ensure that the marketing calendars, as agreed upon with the brands, are executed effectively in
the local context.
– Collaborate with brand managers to create impactful 360-degree launch plans and
comprehensive marketing reports aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales in
Bangladesh.
– Supervise the design of brand presentations, planning of events, and workshops while ensuring
the quality of the content, including launch analyses and feedback to the brands.
– Oversee the execution of marketing activities, including public relations, customer relationship
management, in-store activities, events, digital content (Instagram, Facebook, website), KOL
collaborations, and TikTok, ensuring timely execution, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to
guidelines.
– Manage the annual brand marketing budget, including oversight, verification, and approval of
marketing expenses.
– Enhance the execution of local events.
– Assess workload distribution and balance brand management responsibilities among brand
managers, coordinating a clear division of tasks as the team expands.
Corporate Marketing
– Organize quarterly market overview meetings with the Singapore team to exchange best
practices and innovative ideas for brand activation.
– Collaborate with the in-house photographer to create new corporate images for marketing
purposes.
Team Management and Oversight
– Oversee the entire Marketing team, which includes Brand Management, Visual Merchandising,
and Training.
– Conduct daily management of the team, including monitoring attendance, tardiness, and leave
requests.
– Supervise various projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of tasks, implement new
– Maintain alignment on the daily activities of all teams, establish weekly priorities and key
performance indicators (KPIs) through weekly meetings, collaborate closely with team members, and
meticulously review all deliverables.
– Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and support to team members.
– Lead and coordinate marketing meetings.
– Represent the marketing team in cross-departmental collaborations, ensuring smooth
communication and fostering positive working relationships.
– Recruit suitable candidates for the marketing team, evaluate team performance, facilitate
professional growth, and identify talent for retention.
– Manage the annual marketing budget.

Training and Content Development
– Oversee the organization and execution of brand training programs in-store, at the training
center, and online.
– Implement the new corporate training initiative across all categories, including content design
and training rollout.
– Manage and monitor training plans in collaboration with the team.
– Contribute to the design of upcoming masterclass content, focusing on makeup and skincare.
– Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs at both the brand and corporate
levels, participate in trainings, evaluate trainer performance through feedback forms, and provide
constructive suggestions for improvement.
– Generate innovative ideas and develop tools to enhance training interactivity and engagement,
such as videos, quizzes, and activities.
– Ensure that the knowledge and expertise of training personnel remain current, in line with brand
standards, and continuously evolving in terms of content creation.
– Develop creative assessment methods and follow-up strategies for Beauty Advisors (BAs)
regarding performance, training effectiveness, areas for improvement, and motivation to foster
employment retention.
– Establish training menus and programs for the entire workforce, aligned with the objectives for
2023.
Qualifications:
-Education: BBA/MBA from a recognized university.
-Experience: Proven experience in Branding, Strategy Planning, Client Development and Branding ATL, BTL and Other Activation proven experience
Preferable: Beauty Industry or related business
Skills: Strong analytical and presentation abilities, with excellent communication skills.
