Education: A High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably Industries worked in: FMCG/Manufacturing/MNC
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Job responsibility:
- Identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities within a designated territory or market segment.
- Conduct regular market visits as per assigned route
- Meet Sales target by value and SKUs
- Engage with potential customers and promote products effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Handle order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide post-sale support and handle any issues or inquiries that arise
- Following up on customers for order placement
- Complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly Target achievements
- Completing their collection visits target
- Following up on high value customers for their collections
- Following and enforcing the credit policy with maximum favor to the company’s interest
- Negotiation of credit terms with High Value Customers
- Onboarding of existing customers on Shukran OS / App
- Recommending to distribution team on timely delivery of products to sales points
- Coordinating for inter-store or internal emergency transfers of products.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help refine products and sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
