Sr. Executive-Corporate HR

We are hiring Corporate HR for a reputed Apparel sourcing and manufacturing Company .
Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka.
Salary: 50k-70k.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
Experience: 3–6 years. preferably in a garment buying house
Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and merchandising roles.
2. Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs.
3. Conduct onboarding, orientation, and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
4. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and policy clarifications.
5. Assist in resolving workplace issues and maintaining employee engagement.
6. Support HR team in organizing employee welfare programs and events.
7. Maintain and update HR records, personal files, and employee database (HRMS)
